The Insurance Corporations Act, 1973
( ACT NO. VI OF 1973 )
[ 23rd June, 1973 ]
Exemption from registration
33. The Corporations shall be exempt from registration under the provisions of the
Insurance Act, 1938
(Act IV of 1938).
