The Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Order, 1973 (President's Order).

12. The Corporation may appoint a Standing Committee of 1[experts] to be called the Technical Advisory Committee to give it technical advice on schemes submitted to the Corporation for financial assistance or on any point that may be referred to the Committee by the Board.
