6. The Board shall have power- (a) to do or cause to be done all acts and things necessary for the grant of the Award; (b) to take all measures necessary for the proper administration and management of the moneys of the Fund; (c) to sanction expenditure connected with the administration and management of the Fund; (d) to invest moneys of the Fund in Government securities or in other profitable ventures or in such other manner as it may deem fit; (e) to do or cause to be done all things ancillary or incidental to the purpose of the Fund.
