Fund of the Council
16. (1) The expenditure of the Council shall be met from out of a fund to which shall be credited-
(a) grants made by the Government and local authorities;
(b) donations, fees, subscriptions and endowments;
(c) income from the properties, investments and royalties;
(d) loans raised by the Council with the approval of the Government; and
(e) receipts from other sources.
(2) The Fund of the Council shall be kept in such bank or banks as may be approved by the Board.
