Power of enquiry by Government
20. The Government may, if the circumstance so require, cause an enquiry to be made into the affairs of the Academy by any person or a committee and may direct the Academy to take such steps as may be necessary:
Provided that when a person is appointed to hold the enquiry, he, and, when a committee is appointed, its Chairman, shall not be below the rank of a Joint Secretary to the Government.
