2. In this Ordinance, unless context otherwise requires,-(a) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Sangstha constituted under section 7;(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;(c) “Director” means a Director of the Board;(d) “Managing Director” means the Managing Director of the Board;(e) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules or regulations made under this Ordinance;(f) “Sangstha” means the Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha established under section 3.
