11. For the purposes of an investigation under this Act, the Ombudsman may enter upon and inspect any premises and search and seize such books or documents as he deems necessary; and the provisions of sections 102 and 103 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), shall, so far as may be, apply to such entry, inspection, search and seizure.
