No action against authorised officer for acts done in good faith
40. No action shall be brought against any authorised officer or any person requested by him to assist him in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by such person in good faith in the execution or perporated execution of his powers and duties under this Ordinance and the rules made thereunder.
