TRAFFIC FACILITIES

Powers of the Government to fix maximum and minimum rates
1[42B. (1) The Government may by general or special order fix maximum and minimum rates for the whole or any part of the railway, and prescribe the conditions in which such rates will apply.
 
 
 
 
(2) Any complaint that the railway administration is contravening any order issued by the Government in accordance with the provisions of this section shall be determined by 2[it].]
