Definitions
2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “Board” means the Board of Governors of the Centre;
(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;
(c) “Centre” means the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre established under section 3;
(d) “member” means a member of the Board;
(e) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules or regulations made under this Ordinance; and
(f) “Rector” means the Rector appointed under section 8.
