♣An Act further to amend the law relating to explosive substances.
WHEREAS it is necessary further to amend the law relating to explosive substances; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
Short title and extent
1. (1) This Act may be called the
Explosive Substances Act, 1908
.
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh.

Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the word “Bangladesh” was substituted, for the word "Pakistan" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the
Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973
(Act No. VIII of 1973).
