১৫৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 44 এর-(ক) sub-section (2) এর clause (b) এর "in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11A, 11B, 13, 17 and 21 of the said Part B” শব্দগুলি, কমাগুলি এবং সংখ্যাগুলির পরিবর্তে "in all paragraphs excluding paragraphs 15 and 16 of the said Part B” শব্দগুলি এবং সংখ্যাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(খ) sub-section (3) এর "paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11A, 11B, 13, 17 and 21 of the said Part-B” শব্দগুলি, কমাগুলি এবং সংখ্যাগুলির পরিবর্তে "all paragraphs excluding paragraphs 15 and 16 of Part-B” শব্দগুলি এবং সংখ্যাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং(গ) sub-section (4) এর প্রান্তস্থিত কোলন এর পরিবর্তে ফুলস্টপ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং proviso টি বিলুপ্ত হইবে৷
