Power to examine on Oath
1[14A. The Official Trustee 2[* * *] may, whenever he desires, for the purposes of this Act, to satisfy himself regarding any question of fact, examine upon oath (which he is hereby authorized to administer) any person who is willing to be examined by him regarding such question.]
