THE BANGLADESH INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES (NATIONALISATION) ORDER, 1972

(PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 27 OF 1972).

     WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the nationalisation of certain industrial enterprises in Bangladesh and for the establishment of corporations for the 1[ purposes of control, supervision and co ordination of the nationalised and some other enterprises and for the establishment and development of new industrial enterprises] and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;
 
    NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence of Bangladesh, read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-
