THE TRADING CORPORATION OF BANGLADESH ORDER, 1972

(PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 68 OF 1972).

     1[ WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment of a Trading Corporation to buildup buffer stock for stabilization of market prices of essential commodities through import and local procurement, and to carry on the business of imports and exports of all kinds of goods and materials and for matters ancillary thereto;]
 
    NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence of Bangladesh, read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-
