     An Act to reorganise, regulate and control Technical Education in Bangladesh and to constitute a Board therefore. 1
 
    WHEREAS it is expedient to reorganise, regulate and control Technical Education in Bangladesh and to constitute a Board therefore in the manner hereinafter appearing;



It is hereby enacted as follows:-
