THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE ORDINANCE, 1969

(ORDINANCE NO. XVII OF 1969).

     1 An Ordinance to provide for the protection of investors, 2[ regulations of capital markets and issue] and dealings in securities.
 
    WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the protection of investors, 3[ regulations of capital markets and issue] and dealings in securities and for matters ancillary thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the 25th day of March, 1969, read with the Provisional Constitution Order, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-
