THE BANGLADESH POWER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS ORDER, 1972

(PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 59 OF 1972).

     WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the constitution of 1[ * * *] a Power Development Board to replace the East Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority and for matters ancillary thereto;
 
    NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence of Bangladesh, read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-
