CHAPTER VII
OF OFFENCES RELATING TO THE ARMY, NAVY AND AIR FORCE
 
  Abetment of mutiny, if mutiny is committed in consequence thereof  
132. Whoever abets the committing of mutiny by an officer, soldier, sailor or airman, in the Army, Navy or Air Force of Bangladesh, shall, if mutiny be committed in consequence of that abetment, be punished with death or with 2[ imprisonment] for life, or imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
 
 
 
1 Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words “Bangladesh”, “Government”, “the Government” and “Taka” were substituted, for the words “Pakistan”, “Central or any Provincial Government” or “Central Government or any Provincial Government” or “Central Government” or “the Provincial Government” or “Provincial Government” and “rupees” respectively by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).

2 The word “imprisonment” was substituted, for the word “transportation” by section 13 of the Penal Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance No. XLI of 1985)
