THE BANGLADESH LEGAL PRACTITIONER’S AND BAR COUNCIL ORDER, 1972

(PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 46 OF 1972).

4. Save as provided in Article 7 in respect of the first Bar Council, the term of the Bar Council be three years beginning on the first day of 1[ July] following the general elections to the Bar Council; and at the end of each terms the members of the Bar Council shall cease to hold office.
