In section 38 of the said Act, for the words, figures and commas "of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894", the words, figures and commas "of Chittagong Hill-tracts (Land Acquisition) Regulation, 1958' href='/act-1363.html'>THE Chittagong Hill-tracts (Land Acquisition) Regulation, 1958," shall be substituted.
